Shanghai Investment Promotion Partnership (SIPP) is a municipality-level communication mechanism co-founded by 15 Shanghai-based investment promotion agencies with INVEST SHANGHAI taking the lead in 2012. SIPP has attracted more than 100 members, of which approximately 75% members represent 30 foreign countries and regions of the world.

SIPP provides a platform for win-win cooperation, communication and investment services. It aims to strengthen the collaboration among and between Shanghai-based investment promotion agencies on the basis of investment demands, issues and projects. SIPP effectively integrates resources and makes great efforts to promote city image, investment cooperation, information sharing and enterprise services. SIPP is dedicated to enhancing the competencies and performance of the two-way investment promotion in Shanghai.
