The Lin-gang International Talent Service Pass, tailored for global talent in Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area, was released at the 2025 Lin-gang International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Conference.

Designed to support international talent in Lin-gang across living, working, setting up business, and settlement, the service pass features three highlights.

It integrates policy and service guides in five key areas: employment and work facilitation, entry-exit and residence procedures, measures for talent attraction and development, support from Lin-gang Innovation Park for Returned Scholars, and living facilities and services. All content is available in both Chinese and English.

Designed with three themed characters, the pass aims to showcase Lin-gang's characteristics through these s. Romi represents Lin-gang's openness, Yoyo is on behalf of livability, and Simbo stands for innovation. The pass also features a "blind box" design, which gives it a collectible appeal.

With built-in NFC technology, the service pass enables international talent to access policy information instantly with a simple tap on their phones, putting key policies at their fingertips.

Moving forward, Lin-gang will continue to enhance its international talent development ecosystem, strengthening its role as a welcoming home for global talent.
