French intl food, beverage exhibition to open in Shanghai

SIAL, the renowned international food and beverage exhibition originating from France, will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 19 to 21.

As the largest food and beverage trade show in Asia, the 2025 edition of SIAL Shanghai is expected to feature over 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, showcasing 350,000 products across more than 200,000 square meters of exhibition space.

The event is set to attract 180,000 professional visitors from 110 countries and regions, covering various sectors including import-export trade, retail, catering, e-commerce, and wholesale.

A highlight of the exhibition will be the food innovation competition, where a range of new Chinese products will be unveiled. Known for their health benefits, convenience, and eco-friendly features, these products have garnered significant global attention and reflect the growing potential of China’s food industry.
