The Qingpu Area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District in Shanghai is buzzing with activity as 3TREES, Xinchao Media, and APT Medical secure land for their new headquarters. The move is a boon to the area's unique economy focusing on corporate headquarters.

Spanning over 40,754 square meters and costing 937.35 million yuan ($130.39 million), the projects are set to reshape West Hongqiao's economy.

3TREES, a pioneer in green building materials since 2002 and the first civil coatings company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2016, plans to leverage its new base to enhance its market leadership. The upcoming 3TREES Shanghai Center will serve as a global marketing hub and an international platform.

Xinchao Media, celebrated as a "Global Unicorn Enterprise" for four years running, is targeting a community media platform for the middle class. The company's ambition is to forge a top-tier cultural and media presence with broad influence both domestically and internationally.

APT Medical, at the forefront of electrophysiology and vascular interventional medical devices, envisions its new headquarters as a hub for top-tier medical technology talent and related businesses. Its establishment in West Hongqiao is poised to have a significant impact on the growth of the area's medical industry.

These initiatives highlight West Hongqiao's rising status as an attractive destination for flagship headquarters, promising a surge in innovation, talent, and collaboration within the region and reinforcing its role as a key economic center in Shanghai.
