Bund Service Center levels up support for intl professionals

The Bund Service Center for International Professionals, located in Shanghai's Huangpu district, has improved its services for customs clearance, entry medical examinations, and the application process for the APEC Business Travel Card.

The self-service customs clearance machines — recent additions to the center — enable international professionals to complete fingerprint registration, photo capture, and information verification on their own. Once the registration is approved, they can use electronic channels at airport border checkpoints for a seamless exit and entry experience.

Additionally, Huangpu has introduced a green channel for entry medical examinations in partnership with the Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center to reduce long wait times and streamline procedures.

Shanghai's first district-level service window for APEC Business Travel Card also opened here. Beyond processing applications, it provides companies with personalized guidance on document preparation and form submission.

Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (excluding national holidays). Exit-entry services are available on Saturdays.
