One：World Class Innovation Valley - Changyang Campus

Changyang Campus was once the Donghua Cotton Mill in 1920, which has become a classic case of old-and-new kinetic energy conversion and urban renewal in Shanghai City. As a famous innovative campus, there are plenty of listed companies and Unicorn enterprises, such as “LAIX”, ”AIWAYS” and “Zaojiu TALK”.

 

Two：Great Knowledge & Innovation Community
The KIC is the core area of Great Knowledge & Innovation Community. Creating a model of knowledge-based innovation integration community, it has industrial clusters of software & information services, modern design, technology finance, cloud computing and big data. Audience can visit the KIC Exhibition Hall and the Siemens Digitalization Experience Center Process Industry Showroom.

   

Three：Yangpu Riverside Zone
Yangpu Riverside is the birthplace for the modern industry in Shanghai, boasting an abundant tangible industrial heritage sites and the intangible industrial spirit. Yangpu riverside zone is an important part of the city’s development of the two sides of the Huangpu River.

1、Innovative talent service policy Overseas talents who start businesses and innovation in Yangpu and meet certain criteria can get convenience in obtaining port visas, modifying talent visas, permanent residence and entrepreneurial note added to visas for overseas students studying in China. Yangpu plans to invest 200 million yuan every year to assure the implementation of the talent policy.

2、R&D center and headquarters policy
*Establish a technology center at home and abroad, up to 1 million special funding.
*According to the research and development expenses of the enterprise plus the deducted part and then 20% support, a single enterprise≤2 million.
* Multinational corporations, well-known foreign scientific research institutions, universities, research institutes, and enterprises jointly build laboratories and talent training bases, and enjoy preferential policies for headquarters categories.
