Plans to acquire or invest in building a Notified Body locally in the EU and its member states to provide inspection, testing, and certification services. CE certification is a mandatory certification for exporting to the EU, setting a threshold for product exports to the EU and forming a "certification technical barrier" to some extent. Certification bodies are audited and approved by the respective national accreditation and recognition departments of EU member states or agreement countries, and then notified to the European Commission by the economic, development, or commerce ministries of various countries in the format of letters. After receiving them, the European Commission publishes them on the EU official website, called Notified Bodies.
