Main construction content and scale：
A large-scale manufacturing base for high-value-added smart terminal products will be constructed in Songjiang District through a combination of self-development and acquisition of leading industry players. The project, commissioned to be built by Lingang Group, is expected to cover 80 mu (or over 53,333 square meters) of land (excluding warehousing) and have a total construction area of around 140,000 square meters. We will seek partnerships with private capital.
