A new nursing home will be built, including a nine-story (partially five-story) comprehensive building, a two-story comprehensive senior service center, and related ancillary facilities. The total construction area of the project is 32,358 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 23,839 square meters. Private capital will be involved in its operation.
