Difficulty in applying certificates for CIIE. Last year, we got certificates on the day when CIIE was commenced, and some overseas colleagues even failed to apply for certificates. Is it possible for us to apply for certificate in advance this year?

Early this year, Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau set up the front-line security headquarters, one key task of which is to discuss solutions for improving the management of certificates for CIIE. So far, we've comprehensively sorted out problems in certificate management faced last year, and have discussed this with China International Import Expo Bureau for multiple times. While preparing certificates, we place our focus on promoting the connection of certificate management system (management application of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau) and personnel registration system (management application of China International Import Expo Bureau), further optimize the process for certificate preparation, and improve the efficiency, thus laying solid foundation for timely issuance of certificates.

The government departments are expected to provide enterprises with information on sustainable packaging and raw materials suppliers, e.g. renewable materials, biodegradable packaging materials and cosmetic raw materials. At present, we purchase some materials overseas. We hope we can purchase these materials in China in the future.

China is vigorously accelerating the power system reform. The first three batches of incremental power distribution pilot projects have reached 320. However, there is only one pilot in Shanghai, i.e. Shanghai Petrochemical Temporary Power Supply Area. Is Shanghai planning to initiate and apply more pilot projects?

Solved. Shanghai will launch power distribution network project in Phase 1 to Phase 6 power supply areas in Waigaoqiao Port Area. Now, Shanghai has applied for the fourth phase of incremental distribution business and will keep promoting the incremental distribution business as required by the State and municipal government.

Shanghai can also proactively put forward suggestions on cyber security legislation even though only the country enjoys the final authority. We are willing to share with experience in foreign countries and join hands to improve cyber security management.

Relevant units and people from all walks of life can put forward suggestions via letter, fax, e-mail or other means in preparation of laws, regulations and rules. In addition, in each year's handling of suggestions by Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and proposals by Shanghai Municipal CPPCC, Shanghai Cyberspace Administration Office will also receive many suggestions and opinions on cyber security from all parts of society. These opinions will be then summarized and sent to relevant departments by proper means.
