As stipulated in relevant documents, the bonded guarantee in processing trade manual is divided into restricted guarantee and risk guarantee. Guarantee shall be in the form of deposit, bank or non-bank financial institution guarantee. At present, the customs divides the credit rating of enterprises into advanced certification enterprises, general certification enterprises, general credit enterprises, and discredit enterprises from high to low. It is suggested that enterprises can apply to the competent customs for qualification above the general certification enterprises by reference to the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Issuing the Standards for the Customs' Certification of Enterprises (General Administration of Customs No. 177 of 2018). The customs will comprehensively consider and evaluate matters regarding payment of deposit after enterprises obtain relevant qualification.
