The government places its focus on monitoring such fields as food, cosmetics, wildlife products, real estate brokerage industry and false promotion. In the meantime, focus is also placed on cracking down violations of the E-commerce Law, such as sales of infringing and counterfeit goods, engaging in E-commerce activities without a license or permit, failing to publicize relevant information as required, false orders and credit information, false promotion, default tied sales, failure to fulfill the obligation of verification, registration, reporting illegal acts or taking necessary measures against illegal platform operators, use of dominant position to restrict transactions, and abuse of dominant market position.
