Implementation Opinions of Putuo District on Serving Enterprise Development (PTZGF [2019] No.1)

Support is given to introducing and cultivating regional industry-oriented enterprises, driving industrial transformation and level lifting, and enterprises and institutions with industrial, commercial and tax registration in Putuo District and with independent legal personality, good credit record, and in line with the regional industry orientation are granted subsidy. To be specific: First, development of headquarters economy is supported, subsidy is offered for headquarters enterprises identified by the city and funds is allocated for identification work of district-level enterprise headquarters; second, development of the building (park) economy is encouraged, and funds is allocated to owners or actual operators of buildings and industrial parks doing well in serving enterprises; third, development of lately entering project-oriented enterprises is supported, with two rounds of normal subsidy offered; fourth, institutions are supported to introduce in the project-oriented enterprises, with third-party service providers making excellent contribution subsidized; fifth, development of small- and medium-sized enterprises are supported to development, granting funds to demonstration platforms and institutions serving small- and medium-sized enterprise, and awarding the “professional, excellent, special and high-tech” small- and medium-sized enterprises. Besides, interest and fee subsidies are offered to solve the difficulties and high cost problems facing micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises.
