Announcement of Shanghai Customs District on Implementing “Full Bonded Supervision System for Offshore Service Outsourcing” in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

The customs shall perform offshore service outsourcing contracts for qualified offshore service outsourcing enterprises in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and implement bonded supervision on imported equipment provided free of charge by foreign employer, except for commodities that are not subject to tax reduction or exemption by the State.
